Highest performance material
Each samlite product is pressed from the highest quality steel available in our industry, to guarantee a durable and strong roof. The steel is coated on both sides with an exclusive aluminum zinc, (Aluzinc®) primer or similar/equivalent that offers an excellent protection against fire, corrosion and is less vulnerable to fracture.
An acrylic base-coat layer in which the quart-based granules are embedded is added on top of the upper primer layer.
To protect the tile from extreme weather or moss-growth even better a final transparent acrylic top layer is applied. Finally the products pass through the oven to guarantee the best quality of finish and performance.
